THE WIENER

Pork, veal, chicken Wiener Schnitzel-which do you prefer? Are there any other meats or vegetables that can be used?

How about venison, rabbit and maybe eggplant. Ever heard of these options being used.

I have not, but you probably have an answer. Do you?

Since you have answers, should the Wiener Schnitzel be served by itself on a plate or with condiments on pita? If on a plate, is it cut horizontally or vertically or is it held in the hand(you decide left or right depending on which hand you used last time going to the bathroom) and eaten like an ice cream bar occasionally dipped in a plate of chocolate (in the case of Schnitzel, ketchup).

One thing that bothers me is the term Wiener, before Schnitzel. Surely that cannot be confused with a male appendage can it? Let’s not even go there(nice buns big wieners).
