Initially, let’s define detachment. It is avoiding uncontrollable emotional reactions.

Is a person who practices detachment
distant and insensitive to others. Absolutely not!

Detachment is awareness that our consciousness, at the core of us as sentient beings, is being emotionally
controlled and manipulated by external forces(astral plane influences).

In the hands of this force we are like puppets. We are like a sailboat being tossed and turned on a violent sea. Actions are often destructive and hurtful to others and ourselves through lingering guilt.

The embracement and understanding of detachment better enables us to adjust this machine we call our body – to practice restraint, patience, kindness,
love,and good judgment.

How does one achieve detachment? There are numerous paths. A person once understanding the concept of detachment must navigate his/her own course.

I must at this juncture ask if you think detachment is a bad thing? Absolutely not!
