BRAIN JAM

No, I am not talking about jelly, although physiologically it might have the same constituency.

Think about a mental log jam. Visualize logs being transported downstream, flowing randomly, vertically and horizontally, bumping into each other and constricting the flow. Similar to congestion on an interstate highway where there has been a car accident causing several lanes to close.

Indeed, a mental log jam can create a complex mixture of jelly-like, sticky- like substance in the brain; resulting in possibly extreme stress, migraine headaches, and other medical problems.

How do we remove the log jam? One log at a time. How do we avoid a future log jams? Concentrate on one log at a time!
