BARK

Have you heard it said, that a dog is man’s best friend? Why is this? Is it because the dog is loyal, provides unconditional love, is nurturing,is outwardly appreciative of everything it’s owner does for it, stands by its owner no matter the circumstances. I think it’s all the above and more.

How many people do you know or have heard of that have these traits? I’m sure there are some, I just don’t know who they are.

I do know one however, and his name is Charlie DeVane.

When Charlie talks to you, it is as if you’re the only person in the world , and the only person he cares about. His friendly and compassionate aura encompasses all around him.

He is humble, non-materialistic, non–assuming, non-judgmental, altruistic,and incredibly generous.

The world has produced few like Charlie. It has been my privilege and honor to call him my friend.

Incidentally, I used the analogy of a dog, naming this BARK because of Charlie’s close involvement with the Humane Society and caring for our dearest friends, animals, who need the aid of people for their nurturing and sustenance.
