HOMEWARD-BOUND

The search for the home that will be just right for you, is often arduous, and frustrating. Indecisiveness runs rampant through a seeker’s mind.

The first step in seeking a home, is to prepare a comprehensive list of everything that is desired.

The next step is to find the right real estate agent. The characteristics of this person is one that is not focused on only making a commission, but focused primarily on satisfying your desires.

One who listens to you, learns about you and your family, and provides you the benefit of that person’s experience.

One who is focused on helping you find your Shangri-La (a house with “good bones”), so that when you pass through the portals of your new home, that the chaos and disturbances of every day life are shut out when you close your door.

One who when the home seeking process is concluded, becomes your friend for life.

There are real estate agents that fit this prescription, but finding that person is often like looking for a needle in a haystack.

(Insert name) is that needle in a haystack.
